To focus on upstream and downstream collaboration in the new energy vehicle (NEV) and auto parts industry chains, promote efficient circulation of technologies, products, and markets, explore innovative application scenarios integrating artificial intelligence with auto parts, and drive deep integration of the automotive industry’s "chain leader system" with the global supply chain, 2025 NEW ENERGY VEHICLE PARTS EXPO is scheduled to be held at the Shiyan International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hubei Province from September 19 to 21. Hosted by the Shiyan Municipal People's Government, the event will feature five exhibition zones: Auto Parts, Complete Vehicles, AI & Humanoid Robots, Low-Altitude Economy, and Intelligent Equipment. It will also host themed forums on automotive supply chain development and China’s automobile exports.

The 2024 China New Energy Vehicle Parts Expo not only gathered automotive industry elites and purchasers from across China and around the globe but also played an active role in shaping a new landscape for the automotive industry and advancing industrial transformation and upgrading through a series of cutting-edge discussions and business collaborations.
Hosted by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, and co-organized by entities including the Shiyan Auto Parts Industry Association, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., Dongshi Automotive Technology Group Co., Ltd., SERES Group Co., Ltd., EJet New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd., Shiyan New Energy and Intelligent Connected Vehicle Parts Industry Innovation Center, Yangtze River Automotive Industry Supply Chain Co., Ltd., Shanxi Pengfei Group Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Xingo Holding Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai Ronghe Junjiu New Energy Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd., Liangao Exhibition (Shiyan) Co., Ltd., and Shiyan Lin’an Commercial Logistics Development Co., Ltd., the 2024 Expo attracted over 530 industry experts, scholars, entrepreneurs, and more than 270 renowned complete vehicle and auto parts enterprises from across China.
Jiang Yaoping, former Vice Minister of Commerce, delivered a speech. Huang Jianxiong, Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, attended the event. Wang Yonghui, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee and Mayor, and Liu Yanhong, Director and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Dongfeng Motor Corporation, delivered speeches. Sven, Vice President of Asia-Pacific Region and General Manager of China of Kongsberg Group; Xiang Zitao, Vice President of United Aircraft Group, President of the Low-Altitude Economy Research Institute, and General Manager of Shenzhen United Aircraft Technology Co., Ltd.; and Chen Shanzhi, Deputy General Manager of China Information and Communication Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Director of the State Key Laboratory of Wireless Mobile Communications, made speeches. Guo Kuilong, Secretary-General of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products, presided over the opening ceremony.
Exhibiting enterprises showcased their latest products and technologies in new energy and intelligent connected vehicles, such as power batteries, vehicle-storage shared battery systems, and hydrogen fuel cell stacks. A range of new products, technologies, applications, business models, and forms—including "Three Electric Systems" (electric motor, electronic control, and battery), intelligent connectivity, and NEV parts—were featured, drawing over 30,000 visitors.
During the Expo, over 1,000 domestic and foreign purchasers engaged in extensive business negotiations and trade collaborations with exhibitors, resulting in a total negotiated transaction value of 2.3 billion yuan. Notably, Azerbaijan’s Richmond Automobile Company and Miee Automobile Co., Ltd. reached a cooperation intent: 1,000 "Shiyan-made" vehicles will be purchased in the coming year for export to Eastern Europe, West Asia, the Middle East, and other regions. Additionally, 2,300 purchase orders for complete vehicles and special-purpose vehicles were signed at the Automotive Industry Chain & Supply Chain Matchmaking Conference. At the China (Shiyan) Auto Parts City and Auto Parts Square sub-venues, on-site vehicle transaction volume and agreed sales volume reached 18.2 million yuan and 26 million yuan respectively, with a total trade volume of 270 million yuan.
Beyond exhibitions, the Expo hosted multiple high-standard, high-level forums and seminars, which conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on topics such as new energy, intelligent connectivity, "vehicle-road-cloud integration," and automobile exports. These activities not only promoted collaborative innovation in the automotive parts industry chain, supply chain, and value chain but also fostered new technologies, products, business models, and forms.
Investment promotion talks and project signing ceremonies were also held during the Expo, with 50 projects signed, totaling 35.39 billion yuan.
As a key platform connecting the automotive industry chain and supply chain, the China New Energy Vehicle Parts Expo has grown into a highly influential trade exhibition in China’s automotive industry after more than a decade of meticulous development. This event, embracing the era of intelligent connectivity and linking to a green future, has injected robust momentum into the transformation and development of the automotive industry. It plays a vital role in building a new ecosystem for the automotive industry chain, boosting China’s automotive industry exports, and reshaping the value chain of auto parts.
