On August 13, a professional delegation led by Gao Linqian, Chief International Development Officer of the "Going Global" Comprehensive Service Platform under the Shanghai Lingang Special Area Administration, visited the MIEE Shanghai headquarters. They engaged in in-depth discussions with General Manager Liu Peng and his team, focusing on supporting the global expansion of Hubei's automotive industry chain and exploring collaborative opportunities in financial empowerment, industrial support, and the Lingang approach.
During the meeting, General Manager Liu Peng introduced Miyee Auto's achievements in the automotive industry chain and its globalization strategy. He also elaborated on the core challenges faced by Hubei enterprises in the process of "going global," highlighting pressing needs in areas such as professional financial solutions, efficient logistics support, and accurate policy alignment.
Ms. Gao Linqian and her delegation shared the latest policy developments from the Lingang Special Area designed to support companies expanding abroad. These included innovations in financial services—such as cross-border settlement, exchange rate risk hedging, and project financing—as well as resources from the international industrial ecosystem.
Both sides engaged in in-depth discussions on how to systematically integrate Lingang’s international platform resources to build a comprehensive, one-stop global expansion solution for automotive industry chain enterprises from Shiyan and Hubei. Topics covered included full-process support for going global, precise matching of international resources, and deep cooperation in port economy.
The participants highly recognized the significant potential for collaboration in optimizing cross-border logistics channels, enhancing trade facilitation, and promoting targeted industrial chain coordination. The goal is to work together to provide more convenient, precise, and efficient global expansion support services for manufacturing enterprises in Hubei.
This exchange has laid a solid foundation for deeper collaboration between both parties. Moving forward, MIEE will work closely with the "Going Global" Comprehensive Service Platform of the Lingang Special Area, leveraging its leading role in the Hubei Wu-Xiang-Shi-Sui Automotive Industry Alliance. By continuously integrating Lingang’s robust policy, financial, and global service network resources, and deeply combining them with its own professional capabilities, MIEE will provide tailored one-stop global expansion solutions for enterprises in the Hubei automotive industry cluster—delivering faster response times, lower costs, and more stable pathways.
